GREAT NEWS – WANT TO HEAR???
We are adding another class at the studio!!!! HOOT!! HOOT!! Starting Wednesday May 13, Certified Fitness Instructor Dana Gore, will be offering her newly created Functional Fit Moves class. A class that will focus on using every day movements to promote flexibility, co-ordination, strength and mobility while incorporating light cardio exercises to keep the blood flowing. Classes will be offered each Wednesday from 10:30-11:30am & 6:00-7:00pm and can be used with the current class package program.
Dana created this class with the understanding that the human body is naturally designed to move in all directions in order to allow us to get through our day-to-day tasks. But since many of us spend our time sitting, we lose our ability to move with ease and functionality. Functional Fit Moves does just that – gets you moving!!!
So come and join this fun, friendly, safe and structured exercise class designed for people of all fitness levels. Communication during the class is welcome and participants will be encouraged to work at a pace most suited for them. Modifications and progressions will be available to suit your own unique needs.
Ms. Gore received her certification in 2009 after completing the curriculum at Fitness Institute International, Inc. She is the author of the book “A Simple Guide to Exercise Safety – (What You Don’t Know CAN Hurt You)” and is working on a second book regarding nutrition. Are you ready to move and have some fun? Then this is the class for you!!! Call 352-201-0149 for additional information.
p.s. Need an incentive?? how about – come to the first class and receive an additional class free – OR come to the first class – buy a class package for 25% off!!! Another HOOT HOOT!!!
